Report your claim

You can report your claim online anytime. Alternatively, you can call to report your claim by phone at 844-240-1233. We are available Monday – Friday, from 8AM to 4PM ET.

COMPLETE YOUR CLAIM FORM

Once you have reported your claim, you will receive follow up instructions to complete your claim form with details of your trip, including the losses incurred.

SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTATION

After completing your claim form, we will request supporting documents. Depending on your type of claim this may include receipts, invoices, or medical documentation.
